u willl get ur attempt on dec 2013  .

u have to register for a period of one year for articles and  do articles for  a minimum period of 6 months for the applicabilty of exams .

The qualifying dates for the purpose of determining the eligibility for Final Examination would be:

31st March- for June Term Examination

30th September- for December term Examination 

so in ur case u sho0uld complete 6 months of articles by 30 th september...

forms :

a. Submission of Form No. T-1 in case of PCA/firm of Cost Accountants.

b. Submission of T-4 in case of Organizations.

regarding dummy articles:

(well u cant take dummy in ur situation because u are already in ca articles (because u cant prove that u are serving 2 firms  at the same time )

well i have a found a way for this ca articles students as follows :

register ur self as an industrial trainee in the last year of ur articles period so dat 

 u will get eligibility for cwa final exams also  after serving that period in the last year.

 well ur final attempt is on dec. 2013 only after u complete 6 months of prior training as per new rules came into effect...

Now when u r already doing ur ca articleship then do this articleship at first and then think about cma training...well dont go for dummy training, it only create problem in future .....for more queries do post.....well u can start ur preparation before so thats what u can do....
