I live in Delhi and want to ship 2 phones from U.S. (FLorida)
i bought 2 used phones from there and contacted the seller
1. samsung galaxy S2 and 1 apple I-phone 4s both devices are used .. i have to pay him 500USD
please tell me how much custom duty will be charged and what are the documents needed to ship the item

DO NOT IMPORT ANY SECOND HAND GOODS, ALL SECOND HAND GOODS ARE RESTRICTED FOR IMPORT VIDE 2.17 OF EXPORT IMPORT POLICY UNDER CHAPTER GENERAL PROVISIONS REGARDING IMPORTS AND EXPORTS.
EXCEPTIONS ARE THERE FOR ONLY TWO CATEGORIES 1. REFURBISHED / RECONDITIONED SPARE OF CAPITAL GOODS 2. SECOND HAND CAPITAL GOODS.
SO ADVISE NOT TO IMPORT ANY USED MOBILE PHONES.
