Hi friends,
I have a doubt regarding Customs SAD (Spl. Addl. Duty) refund claim that I have filed some of the refunds for the period of 2013, 2014, 2015 in the same period and due to various reasons it is pending in the customs department. I have complete data and in which we went for appeal against some of the order. Shall I restart the process to get the refund now? Is it possible now or is there any time limit has lapsed? Can anyone pl suggest me.
