Customs duty credit against excise duty liability

Custom duty paid for clearance of goods consist of many items like:

1) Basic Custom duty ( including Education Cess ).

2) Counter vailing Duty ( including Education cess ).

3) Special Additional Duty

Out of the above three we can take the credit of Counter vailing duty and Special Additional Duty.
