Customs Bonded Warehouse..import for export

We are importing goods from Germany [ foreign supplier mentions multiple items having origin Korea, UK, USA, Germany] to India and keeping the same at Customs Bonded Warehouse for a week. Ultimately the same goods [ without any value addition, unpacking ] will be exported to China in the same packing and this is designed well in advance. Could we avoid import duty , as we are not bringing it out of charge and into DTA. Straight way export , as it is. Can we claim DBK & RODTEP? Kindly advise.
