Does anybody in this forum have any knowledge regarding the custom procedures of Dubai. Actually my company had recently sent goods to Dubai for an exhibition-cum-sale held in Dubai. My company had paid import duty in Dubai for the goods sent. Now as the exhibition is over there are some unsold stock left out there in Dubai which needs to be returned to India. Therefore, as I am not aware of the custom procedures of Dubai therefore I would like to know whether my company can avail of any kind of refund of the import duty paid on the unsold stock.
