Custom Clearance at Nhva Sheva Port for goods about 1 CBM

Dear Experts,

I need your help regarding the practical procedure about clearing the goods at Nhva Sheva Port.

Goods are fashion accesories (not jewellery) with no beads or atificial diamonds they are just made of fabric.

These are not for home consumption they are for commercial purpose.

I would be getting:

  1. Invocie
  2. Bill of Lading
  3. Packing list
  4. Certificate of Origin
  5. I have my IEC

My main concern is since it is very small volume only 1CBM. Not many agents are interested.

Please guide me how to go for this.

YOU ARE ADVISED FOR MAKING A AUTHORITY LETTER / REQUEST LETTER REGARDING THE CAPTIONED SUBJECT.AFTER GETTING THE APPROVAL BY DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS YOU SUBMIT THE ANNEXURES AND PROCESS IT FROM CUSTOM..

Actually I am still not clear can you please elaborate.

Also how am I suppose to submit the letter I mean is this electronically possible?

Are there any sample letters?

NO, THIS LETTER WILL BE ADDRESSED TYPING ON THE LETTER HEAD AND PHOTO OF YOUR BANKER PHOTOGRAPH VERIFIEDBY UR BANKER.
