IS THERE ANY LIABILITY TO PAY CUSTOM DUTY IF WE ORDER ELECTRONICS ITEM FROM OUTSIDE INDIA AND SELLER SENT HIS PRODUCT THROUGH REGISTERED COURIER i.e. DHL OR FEEDEX ETC.

Yeah certainly. Under usual circumstances, if you order items online from places outside India, such vendor would ship the items through courier like DHL/UPS etc. The payment that you make online while placing order is for the basic price of the items (which does not include customs duty etc). Further, when the items reach Indian customs, couriers like DHL/UPS/Fedex would clear the items from customs (on your behalf if sent on courier mode) and deliver the same to you against payment of customs duty and clearing charges.
