CST is applicable if u r effecting any sale/movement of goods from one state to another. In this case, if u r selling outside Maharashtra you need to charge CST else VAT.

yes in case of sale from one state to another cst is applicable and it does not matter whether its imported or indegenous product, later after filling return you can claim reafund of SAD ( CST) paid to Custom while Import of Goods
