Dear Sir/Madam,
What is the last date to spend CSR Amount for FY 21-22.
please note that the Company comes to ambit of Section 135 in FY 20-21 and contribution pertaining to FY 20-21 is already made in FY 20-21 itself.
Now what is the due date to continue 2% of Average Net Profit for FY 21-22 ? Is it 31/03/2022 or 30/09/2022 or 31/03/2023.

In Same FY company has to spend ,if it can't spend then transfer money to Schedule VII covered funds by 30/09/22 ,With Financial Year Ending 31/03/22 only eligibility for CSR FOR FY 22-23 shall be checked !
