as per section 135
every company having net worth of 500cr or turnover of 1000cr or net profit of 5 crazy or more need to have CSR commitee
consisting of 3 or more directors ,at least one shall be independent director
every company having net worth of 500cr or turnover of 1000cr or net profit of 5 crazy or more need to have CSR commitee
consisting of 3 or more directors ,at least one shall be independent director
any calculation sheet for Net profit calculation
Net profit before tax is to be taken for this purpose
OK what about section 198
