Cs traning exemption

Hi,

I am working as Sr.A/c Officer in Pvt Ltd Company(MNC) since April 2010.Total experience in a/c & taxation is nearabout 8+ years. (P 6 L P.A.)

I have completed my B.Com,LLB  & 1 group remaining of Company Secretary(CS). I have not done any sort of trainig till  date which has been sprecified by ICSI.

1)Please let me know can i get training exemption on the basis of this work exeperiece?if yes please guide.

2) Please let me know the career prospect after completing CS?
