I'm going to fill CS (executive) Exam form for Dec 12. I've some queries.

-I have not received any corrspondence regarding the response sheet.

-I'm elegible to exempt from SIP as I have degree of chartered accountant. And submit the exemption application to the institute. But any correspondence hadn't been received.

-Regarding computer training I'm exempt for training. For this I passed out exemption test. And certificate received.

Now, at the time of filling Exam form online, I want to know What I have to fill.

Exemption granted	Option 1	Option 2	Option 3	Thinking
Coaching completion certificate	Yes	No	Undergoing	Option 3
SIP(Student Induction Programme certificate)	Yes	No	Undergoing	Option 1
Computer Training Completion Certificate	Yes	No	Undergoing	No idea

Please convey as early as possible which option I have to select.

And also confirm whether printout of application form or any copy of certificate is required to be submit to the Institute.

Sir you are exempt from SIP so you have to write in exam " yes", you will get exemption confirmation mail for ICSI Student Surbhi Garg

Training Deptt.. Even I claim for the same and they mail me. No other certificate is there for the purpose, you may keep the copy of the mail for records.

And as far as Computer training is concern you have to give online exam ( Sify), This Exam can be done after clearing our Executive.

I have already appeared for Exam. In Dec 11. From aptech And passed the same. Than What I have to fill know.

And also confirm whether printout of application form or any copy of certificate is required to be submit to the Institute.

What about coaching completion certificate.

-option No, because no exemtion has been granted.

-option Undergoing, because no result has been received.

And one more thing, any prinout of application or copy of certificate is require to submit to the institute

Dear friends,

I have filled the cs online exam form for dec.2012 exam (executive level). but am not done the payment of examination fees because make payment is not appearing on my account .

plz help me . its urgent.
