having only cs degree won't yield much results if you go for practice. think twice before you leave your job.h

Don't do such mistakes i.e. resigning the present job and searching the new opportunities in CS practice.

My view is that uou continue your this job.besides, look for a cs job..if you get better oppurtunity then leavr your former job n join new one....if possible....

If u r passionate about practise then take da decision. It is absolute hard work and struggling. Dont think about da comfort zone dat u r having in ur job... Practise always starts from a scratch...Its ur passion and dedication dat ll take u forward...All da best !

Dear Rising

why u r not trying to be get promoted as your Exisiting Job. that is change the post from operation manager to Compliance Officer. Being most of the C.S. students including me are interested in Bank Job. The Only thing as per my opinion being as a Bank Compliance Officer u will get much more challanging Job as compareed to Operation Manager.

Its puerly my opinion best of luck
