Cs expected salary

Hello Member,

I have just clear the CS professional examination all group.

I am currently working as a Sr A/c Officer in MNC (Pvt Ltd.) having approx 9-10 year of experiance in indirect tax, direct tax & other a/c exposure. Pkg 6.75 L PA.

If my current company is willing to offer me the position of CS then,

1) What amount of package i should ask to Co. or expect from Co?

2) Suppose Co. dont increase my package & ask me to work in current salary then it is worth to work for getting experience?

Kindly Advise on the same.
