Hello. You cannot get any exemption for SIP or Computer Completion certificate.

As you are already a CA you need not take up computer training again but you have to undergo Sify Compurt Examination online by contacting the nearest aptech centre. there is no exemption for any kind of paper on the basis of M.com.

I've registered in May 2014. So as per modified training structure, i need not do SIP and computer training. Also there is no need to submit any exemption form to the institute or attend any exam @ aptech. Am i right?

I heard that so many number of hours of coaching is mandatory. Is it so? or i can directly write my exams without undergoing any such coaching?

i think you have to do only Long Terms Internship with specified entities and Management Skills 
Orientation Programme

Right. Hours of coaching is not necessary any more, but Sify I-test and Sip is mandatory. kindly enquire at your nearest ICSI institute.
