yes offcourse you can enroll for CS-Company secretary course. As you must have completed your graduation (any field) you can enroll directly for CS Intermediate exam else you can start from Foundation exam. The information about syllabus and exams is available at their website www.icsi.edu

Second question about salary. Yes initial salary is depend upon the company you select but in general a Company secretary having more than 10 years of experience is offered a package of 15 to 20 lakhs per annum. I am stating this because at start you may get less salary but after few years your salary will definitely cross 10-12 lakhs package.

Age is no baar for taking admission to professional courses like CS. Please go ahead and take the admission before 28th Feb since its a closing date for December 2016 exam. after this date you can have next date of 31st august then your exam will be in the year 2017. so its a matter of time you can take admission depending your time availability

next important thing the exams require deep study. you cant pay attention to any other thing except study. if you plan to do hard work then only take admission to this course.
