I am doing CS along with CA, form 112 is required to be filled but how will be the employer to sign that form ?
Note:I have not started CS articleship

Form 112 needs to be signed by your principal and it is mandatory to file that form 112 . Your principal declares that the additional course is in no way affects the Articleship traning and it does not matter whether u have started ur articleship.
