cs articleship

hi friends,

i received my cs execuitve marksheet yesterday wich was accompanied by a form which was for claiming exemption for cs articleship.

my question is as follows

my ca articleship finishes in march 2011 and my cs final attempt is due this december and also my ca final attempt is due in may 2011.

presuming that i clear cs final in 1 st attempt,can i join cs articleship after writing my ca final exams??or am i eligible for any exemption.Kindly clarrify as i am totally confused.

also would i be getting a good stipend for cs articleship on the basis of me having written the ca final exam of icai.
