any body can tell me is there any credit to be taken for service tax in case of export or import of goods
in case of clearing & forwarding agent invoice.

you can avail the credit as much you pay to the c&F on bill related to import only since on output the credit is not allowed as per provivon of the act. Secondly the credit is availed only after the bill amount is cleared through payments.
