how to show the credit note details in GSTR1 if credit note issued to unregistered person . is it correct to issue credit note to Unregistered person

if credit note is less than 2.50k than its better to adjust with sale figures
if there is no B2C sales in current month ..then what is situation
when ever there is sale adjust with that because negative sing is not acceptable in return
If no sale in b2c thn adjust in nxt month return But in 3b you can adjust with over all sale
