Cpt registration no. yet not get

Hi to all, I registered for CPT on April 2012 and i got Study material May Last, But i not at all got the REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION LETTER. What to do??? Pls some one Help me.

After sent study materiIs is there any letter with Reg no: will be sent by ICAI or not???

If get Registration No. only i can able to write CPT exam DEC 2012.

Kindly help me who r all known? PLEASE
