You have to fill the form pay the prescribed fees through debit card or credit card and take the print out of the form and submit it to the ICAI within 7 days along with the following documents:

Attested copy of 10th class mark sheet and certificate

Attested copy of 12th class mark sheet and certificate

Attested copy of date of birth.

Proof of special category i.e SC/OBC

Nationality proof for foreign students.

You can attest your document by CA or GAZETTED OFFICER
