mam I registered cpt in online and I sent application form to Chennai icai bhavan,now is there any other procedure to get complete registration or what will be the next procedure for me

generally icai sends a confirmation mail to your registered email address and also registration letter through post to address provided by you. This can take 7-15 days...
moreover you can generate and print your registration letter from official website of icai using reprint letter option...
