Cpt exemption

is there any changes of starting of  Articleship for graducates and cpt pass students in new  notification  dated 23 th feb 2012 ?
plz check ..and reply ....it will help me ...!!!

I need to know cpt exemption .. is it approved by central government

it is in draft stage,we can expect in 2013 december attempt or 2014 june........
