i have registered for cpt in june 2008 and i have given 3 attempts and i want to give one last try should i re register or i will be able to give this december a attempt

No need to re-register, in cpt you dont have Attempts.You can give how many attempt you want..you can give in dec by paying exams fess of 600...all the best
