I m currently in bangalore had applied for transfer to Rajasthan and i got a oral confirmation from institute.
now i am suppose to file 109 so list of questions i have are:-
a) Is the confirmation can be considered a valid confirmation
b) What are the documents to be attached along with Form 109 and What should my cover letter consist of.
c) Within what time am i suppose to join under new Principal.

Ans- NO, AS STILL U NEED TO FILE 109 THEN IT WILL BE CHECKED AND THE WHEN U GET A LETTER STATING THE SAME FROM ICAI THEN IT SHOULD BE FINAL CONFIMATION.
Ans- Doc which re mentioned in FORM 109 U NEED TO ATTACH, COVER LETTER SHOULD CONSIST OF WHY U SEEK TRANSFER AND WHAT PROBLEMS U MAY FACE IF NO TRANSFER IS ALLOWED AND SHOULD BE WITHIN THE PERMISSIBLE GROUNDS OFTRANSFER AS NOTIFIED BY ICAI FROM TIME TO TIME. Ans-As such there in notime limit but if u join after 30 days of valid transfer or rec letter from icai then u may hav to pay condonation fees as notified with the letter explaining the reason yu didnt join new firm within 30 days of trnasfer.

Most importantly u should have some valid reason 4 transfer !!

I had sent the transfer approval letter which is been apporved by Institute. i wanted to know which letter to be attached along with form 109
Along with 109only those documents which are mentioned in it is to be sent along with form 109..no seperate letter is reuired to be attachedafter u recive aproval letter.
