If M/s XYZ Pvt. Ltd., a construction company (Non-regulatory), first time Turnover exceeds 100 Crore in FY 2017-18, whether cost-audit will be applicable for FY 2017-18 or it will be applicable wef FY 2018-19 ?

Only in 2018:19. In
So for the Financial Year 2018-19, cost audit has to be undertaken and not for FY 2017-18?
If Same situation in 2016:17 then cost udit apply for 2017*18
Cost audit will be applicable for the FY 2018-19 but company has to appoint cost auditor before 27th September 2018.
