After the notifications on Cost Audit, still I m very much confuse about 1) Cost Audit 2) Cost Compliance Certificate 3) Cost Records 4) Cost Auditors' Appointmwnt There is a confusion in deciding whether which of them is applicable or not and why. Moreover, what about the table 1 & 2
