The threshold for applicability of CSR has been breached in FY 2020-21 for a Pvt Ltd Company.
So the formulation of committee and csr expenditure provision / actual payment will be done in FY 2021-22 @ 2% of average net profit of the years 2018-19,2019-20 and 2020-21 ?
Any CSR expert please revert.
