Hi everybody,

I am preparing for may 08 exams of CA final. I need a clarification regarding corporate laws. I am owning the book named "Handbook on Corporate laws" by Mr. Munish Bhandari printed during June 07.

My query is whether this book is enough for my may exams of CA final or i need to refer any other books or amendments or anything else.

Can anyone guide me pls.

You will have to go through Amendments of Competition Act and also the DIN in the Companies Act. Overall that book will suffice.
