First of all you must read practical problems and think of an answer. Also read what answer is given in that. I request you to concentrate on writing them.
Firstly,Go through with the problem carefully and try to understand question. Basically some questions are direct and you know abt that topic but you are not aware with that situation. In that time whatever you know abt that just give your opnion
One thing is very important never give your answer in yes or nom,always try to give your opinion and try to give reason beside this and try to solve more and more previous year question paper
according to me, while reading any practicle problem in law, first see what actually is the situation the question is creating and then apply the relevant section of the concerned Act and hence answer it.
also while reading various Acts, try, as much as possible, to know what the concept behind the inclusion of this Section.
thinking with prudent and zealous mind would certainly give u what u want.
