Corporate Law classes

Better start studying.. I believe in studying first and then joining any class.. CA Final law should be read by you first. Follow the sequence

1-- read from bare act

2--refer a good book, try to interpret the provisions with the help of a good book

3--attempt past ICAI questions

4-- join classes only for value addition

Follow the above sequence, and reap the benefits.. 

As regards new company bill, u need not worry now, by the time bill gets passed, you will able to give a presentation on new bill, provided you follow above steps..

yes , you should join class ................................

because the whole ACT does not going to be changed.....but some additions and deletion will be there......

all basics will remain the same...........

even if new bill will be placed...then it will be easy for you to understand the various concepts if you have studied the old bill...............
