Please infrom that can bank take guarantee from company , suppose A and B is pvt ltd company having common directors. A pvt ltd wants CC from bank, and B Pvt Ltd wants to provide its guarantee for that. can B pvt ltd provide its gaurantee to A pvt ltd as per companies act 2013. Or please explain rules for corporate guarantee as per companies act 2013.

Kindly refer section 2 ( 87 ) (i ), 186 , Rule 10 of Companies (Meetings of Board and its powers ) rules 2014.
in my opinion it will solve your purpose.
