Conveyance expense is in the nature of an inward supply to a registered person. Hence no tax is applicable since Inward supply from unregistered person is not liable to reverse charge from 13tg Oct.
However, if such expenses qualifies under 9(3) of the CGST, Act i.e.,notified supplies liable for reverse charge, then the GST has to be paid
