I would like to know that HOW ACCOUNTING ENTRY IS PASSED IN TALLY SOFTWARE FOR CONVERSION OF STOCK INTO FIXED ASSET. ?

Dear Members,
The answer is : decrease the amount of op.stock equal to the amount of fixed asset.
How ? Go to Account Ledger and set the fixed asset a/c opening balance with the amount which you want to create as fixed asset. Note : opening stock will be differed by the amount of fixed asset from last year closing stock
