A pvt ltd company takes over the business of prop. concern.
Now while submitting tenders can Company attach financial statements of prop business with taht as the company is a new one and does not have 3 years statements.

yes a company can attach the financial statements of a prop. concern however a note should be attached with that of the financial statements.

Hi its business purchase agreement generally and if you want to allot shares to partnet as well that seprate clause you can ad to that agreement.
