Can you please guide me regarding the partnership firm into private limited company, as per sec 366, there sholud be 7 partners in the firm, what if the firm has only 4 parnters,

Hello,
If the parnership firm has less than 7 members, you need to modify the parnership deed by adding 3 members. Or you can dissolve the partnership firm and form a company.

A private limited Comany should have minimum 2 members not seven.
