Whethr it wud be a proprietary concern or a p'ship firm or what type of entity it wud be??

initally it wud be proprietory concern

but let me know about registration or licence required for trading consumer goods.

For proprietary concern only the registration under the Shop Act and regt for Prof Tax would be required.  also depending upon the number of employees working, regt udner PF Act would be required.

Is there any licence required to trade consumer goods from consumer court or elsewhere.

in addition to above registrations u would also require VAT/CST registration.

@ license from consumer court : No such thing is required.
