Please answer for the below query
If company has appointed one statutory auditor for 3 Years in X Pvt Ltd. Than do he need to give his consent for every year or only at once at the time of appointment ?

No these are two different things. Consent is by auditor for accepting audit assignment. Ratification is by the shareholders , however requirement of ratification has been removed..
Yes with effect from May 7th 2018, Requirement of ratification at every AGM has been omitted.
