Consent and Affidavit of Partners
Is it mandatory to file affidavit, consent and declaration by all the partners whether designated partner or partners for closure of LLP?

Voluntary winding up
By passing a resolution with consent of at least 3/4 th of total number of partners ,a replica of the resolution be filed with registerar on form 1 with in 30 days of passing resolution and along with others process
Winding up with creditors
An announcement made by the majority of the partners in form 2 stating that they have no sum unpaid or will pay their debts within an assured time period that is fixed by partners but should not be exceeds 1 year form the date of resolution
