CONGRATULATIONS !!!!! 2 all who cleared PCC & PE-II

Sir,

I have passed all papers of ACCA UK and CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accountancy.

I Appeared for Group 2 of PCC in June 2009 and got unexpectedly very low marks in Costing and Taxation. I expected to get around 65 to 70 marks whereas the Examiner gave me only 30 in both papers.

Some of my friends who appeared for both groups of PCC passed the exam.

I want to know whether the Institute discriminates those candidates who have appeared for only one group and those who have appeared for both groups.

Also, whether the papers are checked and marks given as per the performance of candidate or whether the institute decides how many candidates to pass irrespective of the actual performance of the candidate.
