Hello everyone, i have to choose between s.s kothari and grant thornton. I dont know which one is the best of two.Please help me out.

I assume you were telling about SS Kothari Mehta & Co. In that case, both are good in my opinion. However, in GT, you gets a bit wider exposure in one/two fields. But if you are looking to gain knowledge in all allied areas, then you may choose Kothari.
