my first year of articleship has been elasped in 3rd of july 2013...nw i want to know that if for my final xam i m not take leave of 6 months than whn will my articleship complted...
and does the six months of leave are covered under three year of articleship????

Total period of articleship - 3 Years
Maximum Leaves allowed - 156 days
the leaves are included within the articleship and if you do not take any leaves, there will be no change on the date of completion of articleship. it shall be 3 years from the start of your articleship. if you take additional leave than is allowed i.e beyond 156, the excess of the leaves taken shall be added to the articleship period. Under no circumstances will the articleship period be reduced.
