My articleship got over on 19/10/2010 and due to exam pressure i could not submit my form with 30 days. Then I had some personal problems and so I submitted my form in Feb 2011 along with Condonation letter and late fee.
Today i received a letter from ICAI asking my principal to give a reason for delay in form filing. What reason can I give which sounds genuine?

The reason as given by me in my time is that I m busy in OUTSTATION AUDIT.
U can also give the same.
Yes u can write the letter and get it counter signed by ur principal........
