i have recieved a letter from the institute asking for a reply for late filing of articleship registration papers.
As I was preparing for my B.Com final year exam and awaited for result and also arranging accomodation in hostel I (passed IPCC group 1 on november 2011) now filed document of registration on october 30, 2012 and institute has sent me a letter for clarification/ condonation letter from employer. Please guide me as to what clarification should i send and what will be the effective registration date of my articleship. I am doubtful that my articleship gets registered late on/ in october 2012 or will be delayed for this reason.
