I have recently paid the Condonation fee for Form 108. However after one day ICAI came out with a notification waiving off the Condonation fee for the said period. Will i get refund of amount already paid, since now ICAI is waiving off the Condonation fee for that period? If Yes, what would be the procedure to get the refund? Thanks.
