We are selling from EOU to DTA, to charge concessional BCD (ie, @ 50%) is it necessary that similar product should have been exported(physical) in the previous financial year ?

50% concession is available if goods cleared to DTA from EOU. Export to outside india of similar or any goods not a pre condition to get concession.
