Query regarding opteing composition scheme
1. in the month of July2017 i have opt in composition scheme & GST portal have given opt out options in October mnt..
2.till October I can't fill any returns bcoz I wanted to opt out from composition scheme ...
3.after opt out in October mnt my portal is showing me as normal taxpayer..July to drag down November...
4. Then I filled July , August , September mnt GSTR 3B with late fee and tax's ...and continue filling GSTR 3B
5. Now in November portal has updated and showing liblity to pay GSTR 4 for mnt of July to September qtr and October to December qtr...
6. Now I'm filling nill GSTR 4 it's showing late fees till now ...?
kindly guide what should i do now.

Late fee is waived off till sep17. If tax payer has paid any late fee till sep17, it will refunded in cash ledger.
In my view, you File GSTR 4 with correct sales turnover for oct to dec month.

late fee is waived of only for 3B not for GSTR 4
Yes you are right, late fee not waived for GSTR 4.
In my opinion, you seek refund for late fee paid earlier in 3B if it not credited in your cash Leger.
Also file GSTR 4 with late fee and interest for pending returns.

Yes then there is no problem. Just file the pending returns.
I'm seek of the technical problems in my portal I filled my return and book in normal taxpayers
