If any of your purchase or sales is interstate then you can not opt for Composition scheme

No, Composition Scheme is available only for Intrastate supply only . If a dealer is involved in inter-State supplies, then he cannot opt for the scheme.

If registration is by default considered under normal scheme and now if we want to opt under composition scheme is that possible?
